DNB charges a fee for considering applications for a trust office licence.

The fee applies regardless of whether we approve or reject the application or the applicant withdraws the application, or we cease consideration during the procedure.

Licence fee
The fee for processing a trust office licence application is EUR 3,200. The amount of this once-only fee is laid down in Section 5 of the Regulation on Costs for One-Time Supervisory Actions (Regeling bekostiging financieel toezicht eenmalige handelingen).

Fee for ongoing supervision
DNB also charges trust offices an annual fee to cover the costs of ongoing supervision of trust offices.
